Postage costs to Kabul, using an APO address?

I need to send a package to the US embassy in Kabul. I have an address of APO, AE 09806. how do I get a postage rate, and are there any restrictions on what can be sent,( other than the obvious, explosives, porno, etc.)

Postage to APO or FPO addresses are the same as to any address state side. For restrictions, contact your local post office.

my experiece is very dated but in the 80's all mail addressed to an fpo was free. semper fi
