Yes, is it? Does it come down to your local/state laws?

In general, is it legal to be carrying a sword or a katana or two while let's say, walking the dog or something?

Just something I've been curious about for a while now. It'd be cool (for a while) carrying around a sword on your back or something. Not to mention the less likelier chances of people screwing with you.

The tensions are getting higher. Do you think we would have to if they presented a threat to the world? I think if they should continue with their nuke program, we should instead of being like a democrat and waiting until it is too late.

Emperor Hirohito was responsible for planning and the execution of global conquest that resulted in mass murder of millions of Asians, Russians, Americans, etc.... yet he was not tried for war crimes after WW2 and even allowed to keep his post as Emperor.....

So does America pick and choose which crimes are worthy of punishment and which are not?

Btw, if Saddam's crimes were so horrific, why did Bush Sr & Jr both offer him amnesty to live in exile in luxury? Jr extended the offer days before the invasion in March 2003.

not long ago i found a question about WWII and the role mexico played on it , i was surpriced to find out that someone who is on the opposite side to mine did actually did a research and posted a link about the real role which Mexico had in WWII :

http://www.mexconnect.com/mex_/travel/slenchek/slmexicoww2.html .

the bad thing about this is that someone who did not and said that he was thought that Mexicans were pro nazism in an american school was actually chosen as a best answer . i want to add that i do not belive that American schools teach racism to young kids and that i hope that what he said was all a lie . however i was wondering about the points of views of others and whether or not they would see this as a sing of racism ???

I got an Article 15 with 30 days extra duty/30 days restriction and dropped from a SGT to a SPC. The Battalion Commander said I could go back to the board in 6 months but I heard from a retired Army civilian that I could go to the Brigade Commander and he could re-enstate my rank. Is that true and is there a regulation or something I could use to help my case?

I personally never want to fight in or join a war. Killing anyone is something I never want to do. We're just killing people who might have been also drafted against their will. I might just flee the country or go to jail so I won't have to fight. Am I a coward, or should I "fight for my country."

I personally don't believe in execution. But there is an exception if the person does something to anyone I know. I don't think anyone should ever be executed. Except for the above circumstance. Does this make me a Hyprocrite? Do you all believe in executing even the worst criminals?
