Let's face it: Hussein was charged with CAH because of the unjust deaths of 148 men. Should Bush not be charged with CAH for the unjust deaths of over 305,000 men, women, and children?

Yes, but he would buy a much better team of lawyers and would be tried in an international court and thus could never receive the death penalty, and the court would also follow standards of justice and would not have a predetermined verdict and sentence.

In short, it would be everything Saddam's trial wasn't. And that is a real crime... (Saddam's trial)

iraqi civilian death toll is the term you need to do a search on for multiple sources of the numbers.

This whole war is for Profit! It was outlined in the PNAC documents(do a search on PNAC) in the 90's. They manufactured so called "intellegence" to justify an invasion of IRAQ while OBL had NO ties with IRAQ. He did however have many ties with Saudi and we did not attack them.

Just a week agao the Saudi said openly that they were supporting insurgents. This was on FOX, CNN, and many other main stream media.

This is all for Profit and the Whole Bush Admin need to be Impeached and Tried as criminals!

And there is NO DECLARATION OF WAR!

When a war is declared, no matter what Country declares they are at war, it is war! Hussein killed his own people and helped in the 9/11 attack through finance. So how should Bush be charged? Maybe changed with going to war? Wow, all our leaders of one generation or another would be changed in every Nation! Soounds to me that wherever you live, it may change your mind if 9/11 happened in your backyard? Think about it!

I'm not fan of Bush, but let's get real. That's never going to happen. What should happen is that he should get impeached. According to James Madison, impeachment should be used when "the health of the republic" is threatened by a president abusing his power. Let's see. Clinton was a naughty little dog that buried his bone in the wrong backyard. How did that endanger our republic? And how does that comapre with getting us into an immoral war for unjustifiable reasons?

As I just said, with liberals killing 1500 babies a day in abortion who is actually committing the crimes against humanity???? You're a hypocrit. They only charged him with the 148 cause thats all they needed to get him the death sentence, they didn't want to carry it out any longer with the others.

I think you just pulled the "305,000" number out of a rabbit's hat.
Also, the people who first started claiming Bush with crimes against humanity were radical Islamics leaders who needs someone to take hit from the country's own domestic problems and inadequacy.
I don't agree with Bush's policies but you have to draw the line where you are just plain "Bush Bashing". And I also have to tell you to look at sources if they are relible enough and accurate. Sounds like you just pulled it out of "ihatebushfromiran.com"

Punishment is for non-English-speaking countries.

I don't actually believe that, but there are millions of Americans who do, and so it doesn't matter what Bush has done to them, so they will defend their president. That he's white just makes him look more pure to them too.

He is playing with the life's of American Soliders. Is it really necessary for the US marines to die in Iraq. Since osama is a threat to US, keeping US marines in afghan is legal. But... for what, the US soliders have to die in Iraq? Just to play the role of the leader of the world? Is America not self sufficient with wealth resources that, we have to go to iraq for pertrol? Bush individually is not the culprit. All the people who supported the war against Iraq needs to be blamed for the mass human death's that caused by war in Iraq. Bush is just the person in front. All the persons who are cruel, will loose the faith of their own people. today its Bush and tomorrow it will be Tony Blair. What Say!!!!!

So let's see.

If some guy kills a 1,000 people, but I only kill 30 I'm innocent?

That's the logic Bushies use.

Simple fact: Bush is a war criminal according to the Nuremberg Principles, which the US signed.
