Contact an attorney. And if thinks he is not going to pay child support he is sadly mistaken, cause the military will take it directly out of his check.

First if he isn't paying child support he deserves to take a bad fall down a ladder (the NAVY's answer to a blanket party) and it is generally UGLY.
Next contact the Master Chief aboard and explain. Have FACTS and PROOF! Show RESPECT because the NAVY takes care of their OWN. Also keep in mind that I was once told, "Boy, if the Navy wanted you to have a wife, you would have been issued one in your seabag". Keep in mind that I was also an E-5 serving on an Admirals staff and not some striker hauling grease.
Fraternization aboard is BAD DO DO and the NAVY is going to DENY so don't push it! Their DEFENSE will GO UP and your help will VANISH.
Go for the child support that YOU DESERVE and forget the affair.
Get an attorney and go for it. Believe me the attorney will get the Master Chiefs ATTENTION and child support will be taken care of "Ricky Tick".
Then it will flow downhill until your husband has the most unpleasant "come to Jesus" meeting that he could ever imagine.
If he is an officer the Master Chief will go to the XO and it will be even WORSE.
Just keep the affair as a last ditch hold card because the Navy doesn't want to hear it and will DENY!
Good luck and Happy New Year,

Well all the others are correct about the Navy making him pay his child support. All you have to do is send the divorce papers to his CO and it will happen.
Also if your divorce is on Adultrey basis the Navy can send him to Captian's Mast and he can get busted for doing that. It is still listed in the UCMJ as a major offense and the UCMJ still even allows for Castration for this offense.

Get a good lawyer and file the papers. As far as Child Support write your husband's Commanding Officer and explain to him that you are not getting child support. He should set up his Finance Officer to take the support money out of your husbands pay. If that doesn't help E-Mail your Congressman.

The only reason he's in the Navy and getting out of paying child support is because no one has found out he has to apparently. Contact his CO and they'll fix that really fast.

ok you would want to get a Lawyer and save those pictures of him..and then use those in court for a lead in the case of who should get the kids..and child support money..then tell your kids that you and there father are not going to be living together anymore(depending on their age)if older you can be real with them.. but other than that you got your divorce..

Divorce is a civil matter, so go to an attorney. The only time his company will "help" is if he doesn't pay court ordered child support.

Get a lawyer tell them what is going on. The Navy will garnish his wages for you. You can divorce him while he is away. Make sure the Navy knows he is refusing the support.

It's a civilian matter. get thee a lawyer and a court order establishing child support. Without it, the Navy and his Command cannot and will not get involved.
