They are saying I owe money that I in fact can prove I don't owe and have sent a wage garnishment to my employer. When I called for information about the past due amount they said I would have to submit an acct. review which takes 6 - 8 weeks. During this time my employer will HAVE to garnish my wages. If after the Acct. review is completed it is determined that I did not owe this money the only way I can get it back is if my ex WILLINGLY gives it back to me. Just wondering if anyone knows away around this. Its scary the more I read about this agency. They are allowed to place liens on homes and seize bank accounts without a court order. Pretty scary huh?

Playing the race card as Bush wants to do is not acceptable. Irregardless of origins anyone who breaks the law of the land should be held to account. These should include;

Immigration
Abuse of Presidential powers,
Cruel and humiliating treatment of detainees,
Illegal Wars
Leaking the names of CIA agents
Tampering with evidence
Lying to the nation, etc...

There should be no discrimination irregardless of office, color, or rank.

My grandma died 9 months ago. Everything in her estate has been sold and taken care of. The only thing we are waiting on is for Guardian life insurance to send us the check. Our lawyer says he calls Guardian once a week. And our lawyer said once he receives the check from Guardian he will send out the money to the 6 of us who are in the will. It seems to me that 9 months is an awfully long time to wait for the money.

Another side of the story is that my uncle is the estate trustee, and he is a very weathly man. So he could care less about how long it takes to receive the money, because he doesn't need it. For myself though I could really use the money, and i would like to call Guardian life insurance myself to find out where the money is, but I don't want to mess things up with me calling. if I called would it be ok or would that just slow things down even more?

DEAR GOD,

PLEASE FORGIVE MR. BUSH FOR USING YOUR NAME IN VAIN WHEN HE DECLARED THAT THE U.S. CONSTITUTION WAS JUST A PIECE OF PAPER.
PLEASE FACILITATE IF YOU CAN THE IMMEDIATE IMPEACHMENT OF BOTH BUSH AND CHENEY, BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT 70% OF AMERICA WANTS.
PLEASE LET HILLARY KEEP HER HIGH INTELLIGENCE AND WISDOM WHEN SHE WINS IN A LANDSLIDE IN 2008 AND 2012. LET THE NEOCONS SEE THE ERROR OF THEIR WAYS AND TURN THEIR BLIND HATRED OF HER INTO UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.
FOR THIS, THE VAST MAJORITY WE PRAY.

AMEN

When it was first released, it cost 600 bucks.

The last time I checked the price came down to 340 dollars. Except there were no more copies at either Tower Records Website, or BMG recordings website, Even Ebay doesn't have any available. Did I wait too long, will there be another re-release?
Also WHo has the rights to the Beatles songs, didn't Paul Mcartney have the rights or did Michael Jackson snag the rights?

a) Deport all muslims from their countries (amendment to constitution required), then destroy them with nukes (i.e take out 1.5 billion people)

b) negotiate with terrorists to see what they want, (withdrawal from ME countries, give them east jerusalem)

c) "Stay the course" (which will lead us nowhere)

any ideas?

p.s any dumb comments on "where not actually fighting 1.5 billion people, just the extremists" is bullshit, because the more you attack muslims the more they radicalise

I moved to United States a year ago on H1-B visa. I and my Wife both are Indians and are expecting a baby in March 2007 and we need to make a decision about where to have the baby born (In the USA or in India). We do not plan to stay back or settle down in USA for more than a year or 2 years from now.

After having gone through some of the threads in this forum, I understand that if the baby is born here in the US, automatically baby becomes US citizen and we need to get a birth certificate, SSN and passport from US administration and a PIO or OCI status from Indian Embassy.

Following are some of my questions:
1) What is the difference between PIO and OCI?
2) Is it possible to apply for PIO or OCI from here in USA? We live in Dallas, Texas. So, where to apply for PIO or OCI?
3) I remember reading somewhere that if we have a PIO for the baby, we need to visit the comissioner of police (In India) every year to renew the PIO status. Is it true? And, is this not required in case of OCI?
4) Some of my concerns of having the baby here are:

- Since we are planning to move back, what will be the cost of education for the child in India? Will it be same as any other child _OR_ will it be more than the normal fees since the child is a citizen of other country and holding a PIO/OCI status.
- Is it required to renew the US passport or is it valid for life? If we need to renew it, are we required to travel to the USA just for renewing it? _OR_ can we get it done in India itself?
- Are there any advantages in terms of higher studies for US citizens? _OR_ do they have to go through the regular admission procedure like all the Indian students go through since the student never studied in the USA for 18 years? I heard that the education in the US till high school is free(?), but if the child wants to do higher studies in US, are there any advantages over the Indian students applying for higher studies (like the fees, getting a seat in the university etc)

There are lot of other concerns, but this is what I could wrap up for now. Please reply. I really appreciate your replies and eagerly waiting for replies.
