The 13th annual "Executive Excess" report from the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) and United for a Fair Economy indicates that "the CEO's at the top 34 military contractors have enjoyed average paychecks that are double the compensation they received in the four years leading up to 9/11."

when he does this: George David, CEO of United Technologies – the maker of the Black Hawk helicopter – pocketed $200 million since 9/11, explaining, "Obviously, military was a big bang for us in the post-September 11 period." I have no problems with lawyers (BTW I AM NOT ONE if that is what you are thinking) however a LOT of people seem to dislike them....why? Don't they help us out in need...and give free legal advice too sometimes? Who else out their just gives their service away? The only way I can see someone not likeing them is if they are defending a HANOUS crime ie:pedaphiles, murder, etc...although everyone has a right to counsel......basically my question is why do most people not like them?

My boyfriend, who is 75 percent Osage and Delaware, had ancestors killed in the Trail of Tears of the 1840s and the survivors were eventually shunted to the state of OklahomMF Then they tried to trick other native Americans out of the oil and natural gas supplies once they discovered the abundant supplies in OklahomMF Now for the past 14 years, the Cobell vs. US Government lawsuit has been waged in federal court because the feds have mis-used these oil and natural gas bank accounts to screw the Native Americans, something to the tune of billions of dollars.

Will it ever end or is the U.S. Government just waiting for the Native Americans to give up? This is a serious question; please only respond if you have a serious answer.

my family stayed in california after the end of the mexican american war.thus becoming american citizens.we have fought in every war paid our taxes and became upright citizens of the united states of america.this is our home and we love it and will defend it till the end.it seems like its mostly mexicans from mexico are trying to justify the illegal activity by pointing the finger at us.but let me tell you my friend its insulting becuase there are many familys that have been here for since the beginning of america (george washingtons family is still here)and we have made a home for ourselfs and consider ourselfs real americans,(not immigrants)the more you relize the more you wont get your head bite off and sound ignorant.tell me how many generations has your familys been here? Every CON here thinks that us independent thinkers are morons for believing 9/11 is a government conspiracy, when we know more people are jailed for conspiracy in this country than anywhere else. Why is Conspiracy a dirty word when it suits the death Penalty, war mongering, hypocritical NEOCONS.

I had a police officer follow me on my way to a gas station. Once I turned he kept going. When pulled out after making a purchace, he was about 1/2 a block away, parked, and waiting for me. He followed me for two turns then pulled me over for expired tags. Is this considered to be legal behavior on his part?
