I live in AZ in a community ruled by an HOA. The HOA does not allow vehicles to be parked outside of the garage overnite. We own three cars and have a two car gargage. They tell me since I have a two car garage I can only own two cars. They said I should expand the garage (impossible) or sell the car ( which I need). In the meantime, I'm facing fines for non-compliance. Do they have that power?

I need this for bonus in school. I have tried looking through the constitution itself, but have been unsuccessful in finding anything. Can you answer this question? What in the Constitution forbids a richer or more important person from getting a less severe punishment for a crime? Or it may be interpretted as lower people getting harsher punishments. Does anyone know, if not I am stuck.

to post a job posting up in Spanish but in the job posting request that the candidates must be fluent in English? Keep in mind this posting is not in a Latino magazine or newspapers, its out in public for everyone to see. To me, that says that you want to discriminate against Non -spanish speaking people and hire only hispanic people that speak spanish, and thats wrong!

how come the U.S. is getting involved in everyone else's problems, when they can't even take care of their own. look at what we are doing in the middle east and then look at the states. You can only keep the war in the middle east for so long, before eventually it will become part of the americans life. we are losing so many soldiers and they still keep sending more over there. The government just doesn't care how many people get killed fighting for their lives, they just want it to look like they are trying to stabilize the other countrys', when in reality they can't stabilize us.

I'm not against LEGAL immigration, considering my own parents immigrated. However, they immigrated LEGALLY. (My mother immigrated from Taiwan, while my dad immigrated from England.)

I feel that illegal immigrants make it harder for those trying to come here legally. Restrictions have been tightened, etc. Should illegal immigrants be deported?

This adminstration has used a veto only once. Under this Adminstration signing statements misused have allowed them to circumvent the Constitution. The number is approaching 600 now and he basically is voiding these laws as they relate to the Executive branch of Goverment. The John McCain anti-torture legislation is one example. If he doesn't agree he has the option to pass it, renegoiate it or veto it not to write a disclaimer for his branch of Goverment. He has used this quietly keeping up the appearance of nonpartisonship while building his branch of Goverement. He's using signing statements like line item veto's but they've been ruled unconstitutional in Clinton vs New York 1988. His power currently allow him to sign, veto or return the bill to the House and Senate. So with only one veto and 600 signing statements excluding his branch from accountablilty to bills passed in the house and senate he appears to be effective and a team player. Politics or good policy ?

Reseaching my options of hardship withdrawl of my minimal 401-K, what options do I have to avoid early withdrawl fees. My position eliminated after 11 1/2 years of service, unemployment benefits by no means reaches my former income and I do turn 55 in the year my services were terminated. Please give me my options before I contact my rep. Employer did not give me the 55 years of age option. Thank you in advance for your reply..
