Why don't Argentinian kids catch on fire often enough to learn Stop, Drop, & Roll?

Percentage-wise I bet they do. Maybe even more often...

Argentina doesn't have nearly the population the USA does.

Fire burns much more slowly in the Southern Hemisphere. This is because of the Coriolis Effect, the fact that there is less land in the Southern Hemisphere, and because of witches. Thus, the fires are more easily put out and they don't receive as much attention.

Argentina does not have the dry brush in their canyons. Argentina is mostly green, with many rain forrest in the area.
It is not dry in Argentina.

Argentina is a heckuva lot smaller than the US, with a much lower population.
