this new political party focuses on robbing from the rich and giving to the poor, elderly, handicaped, the very young (babies), the youth, homeless, immigrants (legal and illegal).
we are serious about starting this party and are searching for the legal requirements for starting a new political party so that this party can take back and organize itself for the people and their needs.
looking for any who can give direction as to where this information can be found.
do we need to start nationally or must we start in the state we reside?

In the USA where I live Bush is not respected, so he is not refered to as president often. He is refered to as "Mr. Bush", "Bushy" and "The Decider" a name he gave himself in a way of sorts. It is painful for some people here to refer to him as president because his presdidency has been a nightmare since the first day he was inaguratied. Pardon my spelling and grammar. I am a product of our underfunded educational system. It wasted years of my life and potential.

Are there actually laws against incestuous relationships or simply bans on marriage between people too closely related? If they are two consenting adults, is it noboby's business but their own? If a law banning such relationships exist, I imagine the main aim is to prevent child birth. Would such a law apply to those beyond child bearing age?

Regardless of whether they are "good" cops or "bad"cops do you get the suspicion that they feel they are above the law. I just saw my neighbor, who is a cop and who I have always thought of a good upstanding guy, drive home with his four year old on his lap behind the wheel. You know that if he saw average Joe citizen doing that, they would have a ticket and probably a visit from child protective services. What is your opinion, do cops abuse their power? And is there anything we can or should do to stop it?

I've heard in many discussions over the past few months or so that President Bush can possibly stay in the white house as our president during a time of war.
Is this true? If so, could this be why nothing is resolved yet?

When faced with survival, it matters not how well you recite leftist talking points, you have only one boolean choice, fight or flight.
Islamists continue to attack and are clear about their intentions. Most Americans continue to deny the scope of the attack and the existance of the enemy.
Whether we point fingers at each other or not, makes no difference, the war continues and with each succesful or unsuccessful attack, Islamists learn...they dont change their intent, they simply recalibrate and try to improve their efficiency.
