this new political party focuses on robbing from the rich and giving to the poor, elderly, handicaped, the very young (babies), the youth, homeless, immigrants (legal and illegal).
we are serious about starting this party and are searching for the legal requirements for starting a new political party so that this party can take back and organize itself for the people and their needs.
looking for any who can give direction as to where this information can be found.
do we need to start nationally or must we start in the state we reside?

What i really mean about taking from the rich, is:
Breaking down all of the dividing lines between rich and poor making everyone equal.
basically opening the minds of those who are totally manipulated through this society who freely conform to another mans/womens desires, and who is willing to be entertained by another mans/womens real suffering and have no feeling yet calling him/herself a good person.

You don't need a new party. This guy already runs a party with the same goals as yours.

Robbing the rich to give to the poor is what poor people want to do. This is why they remain poor.
Your party should focus on teaching poor people are to become rich. You see, now the rich are robbing the poor. They have the goods and charge you a lot to give it to you because you are too lazy to go out and get it yourself. Does it make sense?
Once you have an idea on what you stand for, you form your party and let people know about it. This way you are more likely to find people who agree with you.
Then, think MARKETING. Without that, you have nothing and little chance of success.
Over and Out.

haha..um well, first, if you are going to take any role in politics..it might be smart to steal some books from the rich, or the library and read up about our political system....then, you would need to get as many people as possible to sign a petition that gets Robin Hoods name on the next presidential election balad..(good luck with that one) Then, you need people to actually vote for you in primary elections (personally, I dont think the electoral college will go for it)
While I really dont think that many people are going to go for your party (look at how well the green party does) your best bet is to maybe actually go to school, take a few political science classes and learn how our system works.

You're going to need to work a little harder on your concept. That party already exists - it's called the Democratic National Party. Good luck.

You should probably start by getting a job.
Then you can designate YOUR taxes to pay for the "needy".
Anyway, I would not worry about planning a new political party. The Democrats already have their hands deep in my pockets to pay for bums like you.

First, buy a bullet-proof vest. The billionaires who own this country would rather assassinate you than help out the have-nots.
