In the USA where I live Bush is not respected, so he is not refered to as president often. He is refered to as "Mr. Bush", "Bushy" and "The Decider" a name he gave himself in a way of sorts. It is painful for some people here to refer to him as president because his presdidency has been a nightmare since the first day he was inaguratied. Pardon my spelling and grammar. I am a product of our underfunded educational system. It wasted years of my life and potential.
