your question is very broad, but she was no fool:

" In "Against All Enemies," Richard Clarke writes about an exchange with Albright several months after the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania were bombed in August 1998. "What do you think will happen if you lose another embassy?" Clarke asked. "The Republicans in Congress will go after you." "First of all, I didn't lose these two embassies," Albright shot back. "I inherited them in the shape they were." According to Clarke, Albright, realizing that Clarke was a friend, smiled coyly at him. Albright was sworn in as Secretary of State more than 18 months before the embassies she inherited were bombed."

she is right that politicians stand in currents not ponds. the thing that bothers me about this administration is that they won't take responsibility for their decisions. was she wrong about iraq? she wasn't wrong to think of ways to try to herd them without an outright invasion... i think this war was what she was trying to avoid. it is not going so well.

Yes,

logically yes, this is a riduculous question.

the fact you don't even pose an specific question on policy or action just makes me think that you probably wouldn't be able too.

thanks for the two points.

I think she guessed the correct lunch entree in the State Dept. commissary once but that is a rumor from "unnamed department sources".
