Recently, the courts awarded my daughter's father shared legal and physical custody of her but they did not know that her father moved out of his apartment and moved in with his parents. He kept his move a secret from everyone including the courts and led me to believe that he was still living in his apartment when I would pick her up from visits. It's been established in court that Grandma smokes pot everyday and the judges didn't care about that or the fact that her father kept his where abouts a secret. Now my little 2 year old is being left in her care and having to live there for a week every other week for visits with Dad. Also, the judge would not let me speak, and would not take my police report or any of my other evidence for review. She twisted things around on me, threatened to throw me in jail, accussed me of all sorts of things that weren't true, and made me pay $800.00 in court costs. So do you think I should keep trying to keep my little one away from Grandma?
