Violence begun because of self interest..without approval from other people..This is always present to countries where freedom is badly needed..it will start when a person deviates himself from the norm..You feel that you want to rule everything and anything without the authority handed to you...
In a way...this simple yet complicated word will always be present to all countires...Because even in the pass violence is already born...and rooted to the present and also to the future...it will only stop until we're death...t.c.

When the first people that lived could not communicate effectively! If you can't tell someone how you feel, or what you want, you will try to show them. Violence is an attempt to communicate a message--if that message is sadness, pain, anger, "I will not let you do this", etc.
Example: Cain was violent toward Able because he felt that God liked Able more. If Cain had told God, and Able, how he felt they could have figured out a way to make Cain feel good about himself too. Cain wold have got what he really wanted and Able wouldn't have been killed.

I would say it began when SIN entered the world, When Adam and Eve disobayed God and ate from the tree in the Garden of Eden that he instructed them not to, man was punished and turned over to their own ways...
