I am talking about a legal alien who was deported.I want to find info on how to get them back. Please give any information including websites, government agencies that deal with this etc.. (also I want to add that he is European, not Mexican)

A friend of mine was in a similar situation. In her case it was her employer's fault (she was temporary transferred from Europe and they didn't bother to get her a proper visa instead of B1/B2) Company's immigration lawyers were handling the case and they managed to have the deportation record expunged from her file.

John Lennon was a legal alien, and we should have gotten rid of him when we had the chance, Sorry about your luck, but I'm sure your friend was deported for a good reason, or their own ignorance.

If he was legal why did he get deported?? I don't see the Gov deporting someone on the up and up UNLESS they committed a crime or was some type of threat.....
