Everytime. They have been emasuclated by our saving them and setting them free twice in the past century. And then they were driven out of every colony including most recently the Ivory Coast, where their soldiers retreated from rebels who carried "rocks and sticks". It's no different than the pansies on NPR that hate Bush. Losers naturally hate and try to undermine winners. It's the circle of life.
