how can i extend my visitor/tourist visa as i dont have any sponsorer as i am a tourist i dnt know any body who can sponsor, what is the alternative method, what actually the foreigners do with this kind of problem,previously i am given only 14 days of stay, it will be expired in 3 days, what i should do now, whom to contact, as i cintacted the I C A they say without sposorer signing v39 form they cant extend the visa,pls help.............................

Does anyone really believe that peace can be achieved through violence? Can this ever lead to a lasting peace? For instance, Israel is a country that is constantly fighting for its legitimacy as a nation-state and to earn acceptance from its neighbours...it chooses to seek this acceptance by way of pre-emptive strike every few years or so. If I wanted people to like me and embrace my prescence, I probably wouldn't choose to kill their children.

A good friend of mine is a police officer and she said that during her training she was partnered with a deaf man. I wondered surely if a deaf man could become a police officer, couldn't a girl with quite a bit of usable sight become an officer? I have no problem shooting guns...My aim is quite good!

They are the underdog. We ( The USA ) are in their country illegally so really the USA is the terrorist. We are powerful and the insurgents are rag tag but they are hurting the USA day in and day out. I believe this is amazing. I will cheer on the insurgents due to them fighting for their country.

My ex-wife and I live on opposite ends of the country. Sending the kids is expensive. When she doesnt pay her full child support the expense is impossible. She is now taking me to court for enforcement of visitation order which has a contemp of court attached to it. What are the possibilities that the judge will hand down? The court gave her 3 visitations for the year. 2 of the visits are to be shared cost 50/50, one visit is my full responsibility. She only asks once a year for the ticket thats my responsibility and never for the ticket that we share the cost on. She does not pay her child support and changes her job when the child support services find her.
Please no answers that I can not withold visitation for lack of child support, I know this. My question is what will happen to me if I am held in contempt of court?

Hi, my 20 year old brother was sworn into the Navy in the spring and is (was?) set to leave for boot camp in November. Last night he was in a drunk driving accident where he was the driver. He hit two other cars (no one was killed), and has lost his license. He is undergoing court proceedings now.

Under what conditions will he still be allowed into his program (nuclear subs)? Does it depend on jail time vs. leniency? Will he be discharged altogether?
