Last year i was pulled over for speeding when i am 1,000% sure i was not speeding. I had to delay the court date for my second deployment to iraq but i am coming up on it. I can't think of what i will say when i get there except that i know i wasnt' speeding. If im positive i was in the right how should i proceed. Any experience in this?

This is the uniform will be the 4th in 20 years I think. One looks to be Marine Corp style, except in Air Force blue. The other two are "heritage" uniforms, based on Gen. Billy Mitchell and Gen. Hap Arnold's uniforms. These are supposed to be an improvement over the business suit look of the current service dress uniform.What do you think of them?

I dont understand it. My families had to come from ellis island to get into this country. But they think they can hop a fence to be Legal? I think all illegals should be sent back to the country in which they came from, who agrees?

They are looking for labor people to work at the farms.They said “If there’s an interruption (in our food supply), the country has basically a seven-day supply of food.”

The farm is in a crisis they need there American people to get down there and work...What happen know?I thought you told me you had no problem picking up fruits even if you was paid $6.00 an hour..That we don't need them,well no more excuses that the mexicans took your jobs,know they are available..so get to work my friends...Lol

No more sitting at home watching MTV,American Idol,playing on the computer,complaining on this forum..NO NO NO Get of the couch and go to WORK!!...

I know their is a new excuse,what could it be?

My grandmother passed away and has left a Will and a handwritten list indicating the distribution of certain personal items. There are 4 children that have been named as beneficiaries in the Will, one of which is the executer. This is not a probate issue. Do all the beneficiaries have the legal right to see the will and any other documents left behind by the deceased?

i want to study here the evalution is done i am on R1 visa but my pitition is done and also the green card process started few months back just waiting for visa cut of dates so i do the change of status. my wife will become citizen after september of this year. and soon my file will be upgraded so i am very much leagal. now if i want to study in this case then will i be able to do so? and where can i find visa cut of dates on line? is it fine to go for one lowyer for this case or is it ok to go further our own following rulles and regulations of uscis?
i am loosing my patience day by day i am here since more then two years. and i am very much desparate to have green card so i can work along with my study.
tell me how much time it will take to get green card my category is F2a and my pitition is done on march 19th 04 and when my wife will become citizen as she will have to apply by sep. 14th, how much more time will this be taking to get green card. pls. direct me at your earliest.

A small community in our county is actively lobbying a casino developer to build here. They claim this will provide a lot of jobs, tax revenue and solve all of our problems. If your community has recently allowed casino gambling do you think it was good for your community or not?

We do not have high unemployment. We don't have very good roads where they want to build this thing and we have a relatively low crime rate. What kind of effect would a large casino have on our community in your opinion?

I drink like a fish and smoke like a chimney, but that doesn't suddenly make me a bigot. Not according to everyone who's around me then, anyway.

Does anyone really think the alcohol suddenly triggered his hatred? Or has he always thought that way, and being nailed for DUI just got him caught?

MSNBC reported that there is 25million tons of Trash Along the Arizona Border Alone as a result of Illegal entering there,and(theres no nice way to say it)just making Pigs of themselves and that state........

Environmentally this is cause for Alarm........................

So are those that Support Illegal Immigration going to Personally go down to the Border to help Clean the Mess up?

I am living on base, 700 miles away from my family, I am only 20 and we have no kids. When my husband deploys in a few months will the Army pay for me to move home with my family? Or will I have to pay out of pocket to move?

Someone told me that my husband is eligible for a move anytime that his orders change, is that true?
