Would Jeb Bush make a good president?

I communicate (that is, exchange insulting emails) with a conservative Republican on this site who lives in FL. She is convinced that her governor would be a great President.

I don't agree at all, but I need a better argument against him than "No way, no more Bushes."-

So, little help? Please? Why not Jeb Bush???

So, Scott Peterson gets charged with the murders of both Laci Peterson and their unborn child. If he gets charged with murder for the unborn child, then why is abortion legal?

It's the same thing - a killing of an unborn child.

"Our heart is still in mexico" well,does ANYBODY?

doubt that NOW??? "THOUSANDS of mexicans living in the U.S., traveled by train,bus and car, to mexican border cities to vote"in mexico's presidential elections."We want to vote so mexico can improve and offer jobs to people here ( in the U.S.), because even though we're far away, our HEART is still with our homeland".

This statement just goes to PROVE what we've said all along!! Mexicans come to USE this country,and NOT to assimilate!!!

Why does GW Bush hate Tupac, but love Snoop and Dr. Dre?

I mean, it is clear that Bush is West Coast, which is fine by me, I mean I prefer East Coast, but hey, he is entitled to his own opinions and tastes, but they seem inconsitent lately, especially considering that he can't stand Colin Ferrel, but Is OK with Jude Law, I mean they are nearly the same, not totally unlike one another, especially considering that they both have accents, and its not like they make all that different type of movies, I mean after all did you see Alexander, what a crappy movie, and I can't believe Oliver Stone made that, cause he has made some good movies, like Platoon, and Wall Street, but I mean that movie sucked, oh yeh he also wrote the screen play for Scarface, which is oddly enough a favorite of both Tupac and Snoop, so clearly they have something in common, and I wonder if GW hates Scarface, cause then he would dislike something someone he likes likes. Confusing to say the least, but oh well.

I asked my son in Iraq to tell me about the weather there, do you want to read it?

People often ask what it feels like, of course I am happy to tell them what it's like. Imagine standing in front of your stove, turn it up to 130 degrees, now get inside of it, take your hair dryer and put it on full blast in your face. Don't forget to take a 500 watt light bulb and have it reflect off of sand colored surfaces into your eyes, no matter which diection you turn. For variety throw some talcum powder quality dust in your face. To complete the effect put on a 25 pound torso encompassing ceramic and syntehtic vest, add an 8 pound ceramic helmet, a T-shirt, long sleeve tunic, full length pants, wool socks and boots. Now imagine doing that everyday for 7 months, which is about the equivalent of the Iraqi summer. 130,000 men and women do it every single day, they don't do it for money, they don't do it for fame, they do it because they believe in something. They believe in an idea, an idea that America has a responsibility to do what we can to fight hatred, oppression and evil. We are a blessed nation to have so many give so much for so little in return. I am inspired everyday I am with them

I hear a lot of Americans calling America an evil empire and our servicemen evil if that is the case. . .?

Why don't you leave??? No one is forcing you to live here. Now notice that I am not referring to anyone who says they love their country but disagrees with the President just those who call America evil and think we need to become Socialists. If socialism is so wonderful move to North Korea it is working so well there.
