Why do you think people in the US are willing to ignore the facts of Bush Team War Plans in Iraq before 9-11?

Is the reason Americans are willing to ignore the facts about our government, (lies, outing CIA, stealing from taxpayers, scandals, etc.)because of fears?
If the top 7 in the White House, the President and Rove (Sr. Adviser) VP, Cheny and Libby (Sr. Adviser), Delay (the hammer), Hastert (speaker) and Rumsfeld are all of questionable character, is the morality of America in decline?
Do dishonorable conservative's like O'Riley and Coulter hurt Republicans or help Democrats?

What does a judge do in a courtroom?

I need to know everything that a judge does in a courtroom. I know that he/she makes the decision on who is going to win the case. Now I need to know what else they do, and I need to know alot. Ig you want to help me more you can give me discriptions on lawyers, attorneys, and a court reporters. Thanks to everybody that helps me out!!!!!!!!!

there more important things that?

are going in the world than the illegal immigration issue. focus on things that will actually help us like the stem cell research, dementia, things that are for a good for us. lets stop fighting over something that is not as important as whats going on in the world today. lets fight over something productive than bull$hit.i see most americans being so closed minded, anti feeling and then i wonder to my self, this is where selfishness has let most. that is just sad. and some say that they believe in no war but wars are far from over.

Why is HHS Secretary Mike Leavitt using a jet meant for use in emergencies for his private jet?

A jet leased by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for use in emergencies has instead been used to shuttle the secretary of Health and Human Services to appearances and meetings, a newspaper reported Wednesday.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution said HHS Secretary Mike Leavitt's use of the plane has cost more than $700,000 since January.

The newspaper analyzed the Gulfstream III's flight log and found that the 14-seat aircraft has been used primarily by Leavitt to attend news conferences promoting the new Medicare prescription drug plan and meetings with state officials over their flu pandemic plans.

Since January, Leavitt has taken the jet on 19 trips to visit more than 90 cities, his spokeswoman told the newspaper. During the same period, CDC officials said they had used the aircraft to respond to three emergencies and conduct three training exercises.
