45 states have tried to create a marriage protection act. Most of them passed favorably by the voters. The Federal courts have shot them all down as being unconstitutional. This in spite of the fact that it was the will of the voters. The courts are reaching beyond their authority. They are supposed to interpret law not make law, so under what precedent are the states required to honor the courts who are acting beyond their constitutional rights. And the congress in turn fails to pass the beginning legislation to amend the constitution to define marriage as between a man and a woman. It has been made clear that this concern over the attack on the institution of marriage is a overwhelming concern to the American populace but our government fails to respond in kind. Tell me then in what regard are we then under a representative form of government. I think its time we send a message to these conservative and liberal republicans and democrat5s that we ain't gonna put up with this crap. ??

You have two guys, they are neighbors. Lets call them Jack and George. George leaves for the summer to go to his cottage house. Jack goes into his garage and takes Goerges Lawnmower, Jack uses the mower for the whole summer and returns it before George returns from the cottage home. The person across the street notifies the police that Jack took the mower. Jack is questioned and admits everything. Jack cannot be charged with Burglary, why? What will Jack be charged with? Give it a shot! Ill put the answer up in about 20 min.!!

Sad thing guys.. i think what the U.S. is gonna do is worse.. blowing up the the Moon.. the reason? Mining.

Exactly.. our one and only Moon is believed to have a control of most of the Earth's elements.. and think of the debris..

These people have been held for 4 and a half years with no charges brought and no trials! They have been effectively kidnapped. It is desparate there now with the hangings and starvation and who can blame them? Imagine this was one of your family members?
What can we do as Americans? This is totally against the Constition and writing to our senators, etc. hasn't helped, from what I can tell.
If they are guilty, then charge them and try them, if not-Send Them Home!
Anyone?

Are there ever any exceptions to the enlistment age of 35 in the air national guard? I missed it by 4 months. I am really upset over that.

It seems more divided now than ever between those who support him and those who don't and are often projected as "traitors', subversive, and Un-American. Do you think it's "Mission accomplished" for Georgie Boy? Answer as you wish, personal theories encouraged. Thx.
