You should live in the county next to a farm, they just have done the liquid manure over about 100 acres, but of course the cows they get it from are in the other field.

Just think of it as "county air"

if what he is spreading contains nothing but manure, probably not. check with your state agriculture dept. or call a farm supply store. either of them should be able to tell you for sure. some chemicals are regulated
