My guinea pig is about five or six years old, and I noticed today she's acting funny. I found her in her own feces, as if she hadn't moved in hours. When she does move, she kind of whobbles and limps. Her hip looks like it's out of place, and her leg is swollen, but there's no sores or wounds that I can see. I tried to give her some vegetables, but she didn't seem to want to eat them. When I touch her bottom area at all she squeaks like she's in pain. what should I do? I don't think I can take her to the vet, because I don't have money for it.

Mine does and its so cute..when ever I run into the room like a crazy animal he jumps towards me and thumps but then later on he growls and give's me cheek kisses.

What kind of horse in your opinion is best to for a first-time horse owner? Also, what is a good asking price for the the horse? How much is the yearly upkeep? I would probably rent a stable, because its not possible for me to live on an acreage, but they have a lot of stables here. What do you think of renting a stable if you have ever rented one? Overall, what kind of things do you think are important to know? I would probably not buy a horse right away, but maybe in a few years. Thanks.

I just moved to the country from the big city. I now live deep in the piney woods of east Texas. There's been some foxes coming around, really close to the porch, and I feed them 6 squares of bread each day at sunset, when they come out. They eat them all up and they are really funny to watch. Each night they come a little closer, & I figure I can get them to eat out of my hand by winter. Last night I poured out a bag of popcorn, so I know they like that. But is there something other than bread & popcorn, that they eat? I don't want them to get bored & go away. Thanx!

I really, really, really want a horse bad. But my parents can't afford to buy me a horse and then pay for all the equipment and boarding. He got bit on his ear, like a month ago, at first his ear got red and started to get dried, he was scratching a lot. I applied some liquid antibiotic and it began to look better. Now, a month after, I just notice that there is a lump stiking out of his ear. I'm worried because I don't know what it is. Any suggestions?
