I mean, if you were an talentless simpleton and were offered the chance of being US prez, wouldn't you take it?

The real blame should go the American people who, at one point, actually gave an 80% approval rate when the rest of us saw him for the dim -witted cowboy that he is.

His pandering to the christian right on this issue is just nuts. Meanwhile, the rest of the world advances.

I mean, when you compare 10+ years for narcotics possession for most poverty stricken trauma victims who are self-medicating.

Non-violent crimes, like drug use can result in your property being taken away and being sent to federal-pound-you-in-the-a*s-prison.

This guy basically committed treason by revealing a CIA agent's identity to the media.
Do you think his sentence to 30 months was too harsh, just right or not enough?

No more spending millions of dollars on prosecuting and keeping mutant, savage predators like him alive. Get some rope find a tree and string him up. Let him swing there a few days as a example. Guarentee we would live in a safer place.

Is it normal that prisoners are just sent home with a tag if they are ill?

Are they not usually just put into the medical section of the prison or the infirmary?

Just to clarify - She was convicted of drunk driving, had her jail term halved, went to jail and has now been sent to spend the rest of her jail time at home (and remember HOME is a massive mansion, surrounded by maids, butlers, big wide screen tv, big bath, tennis courts, swimming pool, gym etc etc)

Money talks and it seems to be saying "F**K you all - I'm a rich B***H and I can do what I like, even if it means breaking the law !!!!!!!!!! "

I'm a Criminal Justice major at a large college and I find this "breaking news" sickening. If a normal person cried because their jail cell was too small and too cold they wouldn't release them and put them under house arrest. Of course her jail time was mentally stressful, it's supposed to be!

In Kansas a young 18 year old was kidnapped Saturday evening when leaving a Target store. Her body was found yesterday in Missouri because of cell phone pings. Thanks to the Target security video, 500 tips came into police and they have arrested the 26 year old killer. He did not know her. He was someone that just went out to kidnapp and kill. God Bless both families.

A Saudi Prince has been caught recieving millions of pounds in bribes from British Aerospace, which the Britsih Government approved and encouraged. The British Government then forced the Serious Fraud Office from investigating it!

Now don't you think that this is a topic worthy of discussion? It makes a difference to BB, the poor McCanns and Paris "Bury me in Y shaped coffin" Hilton.

i think its utterly disgracful that maddys parents made an appeal, when its there criminal offence that left maddy unprotected and led to her being abducted. the world has many sick people that set out to hurt and abuse children,so why did they leave the children vunerable in that way. how many times have these parents previously left them to fend for themselves??? it makes me sick to my stomach that they are reaching celebrity status because they left their CHILDREN ALONE. if they had put the children first, non of this would be happening would it? i think they need to realise that people have lost sympathy with them, and are now finally thinking about how wrong they were, and that there are questions that they need to answer. no on in there right mind would leave 3 children alone at home, never mind in a foriegn country. its only a matter of time before they have to face up to what they are responsible for. its maddy thats paying the price dont you think??? our thoughts are with maddy

With the frosty relationship between Britain and Russia over the Litvenenko poisoning crime trying to extradite a Russian to Britain to face trial for his crimes. And America proposing to install a nuclear shield in the Czech republic and Russian anger over America. Are we witnessing a backward step to the cold war days of the 1980's and a nuclear stand off? Will Russia go back to being a communist country and isolate it self from the rest of the world as it did prior to 1991. I know that Vladmir Putin used to be a KGB agent so he might want the good old days back.
