Yes, I agree that the plight of the Palestinians is a terrible one. What a shame that their Arab brethren, the numerous huge, wealthy neighbouring Muslim states, do nothing to help them. What happened when Gaza was under Arab control? They mined the borders so the refugees could not get out.
Perhaps you'd like to see the newsclips I have of innocent Israeli children being slaughtered by Islamic terrorists? Or the Syrians, firing from the Golan Heights when they controlled it, their target the Israeli youngsters in the kibbutzim down below?
Or perhaps you'd like to spare a thought for all the dead, missing and tortured Israeli soldiers - soldiers that are mostly terrified 18 and 19 year old boys?
Lots of groups suffer in this world, and it's tragic, whoever the victims are, whether they are Palestinian or Israeli makes no difference - the blood that's shed looks the same.

I feel sorry for all people caught up in war and acts of Terrorism.
Our Inhumanity toward each other knows no bounds.
Palestine, Darfur, Iraq, Afghanistan, the list is huge.
I feel very much for the people of Palestine, but believe that they are being manipulated by those who have their own agenda. (Those who wish the disestablishment of Israel)
Its tragic, why cant we learn to respect each other? All suffering makes me angry.
If we are to effectively tackle Terrorism, we must understand the root causes. Tackling the problems in Palestine are a necessary part of that.

While I agree that most "palestinians"are subjected to poverty and a world that is all but free from justice or opportunity,I would have to say that the people who suffer most from terrorism are the actual victims and their families,no matter what race or nationality.....I do feel bad for all the people in the middle east who are suffering from poor living conditions though.....

I don't, the victims of terrorism who have nothing to do with terrorism itself are the most tragic victims. A people who breeds their young in searing hate of their neighbors and the outside world at large and a society that promotes and condones violence as a means to an end deserves its fate.
People who live in peace, who are minding their own business and have nothing to do with a political or religious conflict personally who are killed or injured by terrorists are truly victims.

Why are the Palestinians still "refugees" after 40 years? Why haven't they been resettled in neighboring Arab countries -- or even in the West for that matter. What other "refugees" have remained in camps for 40 years?
Surely the oil-rich countries can take care of them. Why do they stay in the West Bank and Gaza if they're suffering from such terrible conditions?
There's no wall keeping them in! The wall keeps them out!

I don't feel sorry for them and apparently neither does their fellow Muslim neighbors. Otherwise they would come to their rescue. Perhaps they should think twice before kidnapping a soldier of a superior army. The whole lot of them can blow each other away for all I care.

Yes, I watched it. Nothing new here.
Palestinians are not the only one. Look around... the Kurds, the Kashmirs, the Jews and on and on....
Looking at anything as one sided is dangerous.
Pales. have plenty of company. There are a lot of people who at the hand of others who differ with their views have suffered immeasurable agony.

the PLO are one of a select few fighting forces willing to strap bombs to themselves, family members children and parked vehicles - that's terror in itself!
I worry more about the child soldiers in Africa - they don't have a mecca or 24 virgins........most have no parents due to the conflict!
