What do you think about the Kelsey Smith murder?

No chit. I was thinking this morning what I'd do to someone who hurt my daughter or granddaughter. There wouldn't be enough left of him to bother burying.

I think he dad should get 5 minutes with that punk in a small room with no windows, and a baseball bat. If judges would do that, alot of these losers would think twice before kidnapping, raping, and killing girls. If the guy needed to get laid that bad, he should have gone to a hooker, since he obviously can't get girls the way you're supposed to. This punk should just go ahead and kill himself, take one for the team, so to speak. He doesn't deserve to be breathing the same air as the rest of us. I hope he gets shanked in the yard at the prison. The sooner the better.

I know it's not right to seek an eye for an eye, and that we should let the justice system handle this, but I'm of the opinion that a bullet to the back of the head of this creep would be sound justice. Why waste the taxpayers money and have the family go through the ordeal of a trial when we all know this guy does not deserve to go on living for one more second? I sympathize with her family and friends. She sounded like a really wonderful young woman.

Here in Mo/KS everyone is mourning! This is so bad! I was taught to forgive but this is something I could not let "Just-Ice" handle. If this was my family, I would need great support from my church because I would want street justice (what ever that is). Let's pray that there are no loop-holes in the case to let this murder walk.

It is horrible, however, a young couple were tortured and murdered in Tennessee and it never even made the news. The boy was shot and burned, the girl repeatedly sexually abused, and her mouth rinsed with Chlorox, before she was killed. Why did this story get no attention?
Because of the racial strife it would cause?

I think it's very sad. One cannot even feel safe in going to the local store for a shopping trip. This young lady had her whole life ahead of her and it was taken from her for no reason. My heart goes out to her family and all the other families who strive for years to raise their child with good values and just when they are on the brink of a beautiful life filled with promise it is snatched from them by some psycho. I'm with you ...I'd rip his body to pieces....I think we should institute an eye for an eye punishment for these offenders who abduct and violate people. I'd love to be in on the punishment and I'd bet it would vastly decrease the incidents of abduction and violation.

I think it is just aweful! I am afraid in this world today! What is wrong and how can we fix this major problem? It scares me to death thinking about something like that ever happening to someone I know. R.I.P Kelsey.

I totally agree with you! She was a beautiful young woman, in the prime of her life. It's a terrible tragedy. When I saw the news last night that they had found her body, it truly broke my heart. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

I think its very sad...I just don't understand the mind of killers...and I really don't want to...but how could you just kill someone like that and have no remorse. I just can't imagine what the family must be going through. I will keep them in my prayers.

Horrible!!! So sad. But that guy wanted to get caught. Hes an idiot. I hope he burns. I feel so bad for the family. I cant imagine how they feel right now! :(
