Is it normal that prisoners are just sent home with a tag if they are ill?
Are they not usually just put into the medical section of the prison or the infirmary?

NO it's not normal. Some people commit suicide in jail becuz they can't take it and they are not let out. I don't mean to say that I wish it on her but I think she should be treated as any other individual. She clearly was in the wrong. It wasn't a first time offense and she could have killed someone! I mean is it wrong to ask that she have some kind of punishmen and actually have to do it?!?! Anyone else would!

It is horrible that this happened. I am sickened by this news that she was released for such a lame excuse...your right, most times they send you to the infirmary, the justice system here favors the rich & famous!

The Ugly slag,is all shagged out.All the inmate's took one look at her and spewed up all over her this made her sick.did you not know all the screw's shagged her,she could'nt get enough of it in there.
she even told them she would pay them to shagg her in there.
ugly is too kind to call her.
she is as brain dead as her president.
american law is a joke.this tell's us all how sick and skin crawing the law out there is.
she is blond and brain dead
all the drug's and booze will be coming home to her she will not be going to them
bet she will be going out to them award's soon tho she has a tag.
one more to the list of a dog tag tho.

I don't think so but as since she is a RICH celebrity laws are slightly altered it would not happen if you were a regular American
but I liked the way mariolla oneill placed it ...could not of said it better

Yeah, well rich people get special treatment.... she prob not even sick, just a bullsh*t excuse made up for the public.
What a terrible punishment for a billionaire to have to stay in her home for 40 days- makes me sick.

She wasn't sick--she was refusing to eat most of the food they were bringing her. Just think, you can get out of jail free if you refuse anything less than caviar and truffles.

amazing how she got ''sick'' like in the 1st few days in jail...hmm...
but really..if we all cared less...she would nt be where she is right now...(dieing of illness apparently)
