Everyone is starting rumors that her money got her out, she was released due to medical reasons, she is now on house arrest to finish her sentence.

I don't think that they should've let her out. However, there is a new state law which allows rich people who are "relatively good citizens" to pay a certain fee to serve a sentence without actually being in a jail cell. The reason why they have this new law is because jails are overcrowded and are, usually, under-funded. So, this is a way for prisons to reduce their capacity and simultaneously make money. And I suspect Paris Hilton, and her family, is using this law to get her out of the prison.
*BTW, the whole medical thing is just a cover-up to the real reason why she is getting out.

This is another case of great wealth actually being a disadvantage. No doubt her lawyers and perhaps doctors have worked every angle to get her out. Her wealth cushions her from the consequences of her behavior, and so she will not get help with her "issues."
A famous case like this was that of Howard Hughes, the aircraft tycoon whose mental disorders kept him a recluse in his later years. If he hadn't had the money to indulge all his pathologies, he might have gotten help and lived a fuller life.
Paris Hilton's case may be even more dangerous, since she obviously has a drinking problem. She could end up killing herself or others.

She served 2-3 days the same as REGULAR people would have done becoz jails are too full!
its only because she is famous that its such a fuss being made, i like paris and i hope she moves next door to you and torments you forever!
