With the introduction of fortnightly rubbish collections we are trying to decide what to do with our general house hold waste. The idea of keeping food products in storage for 2 weeks during the summer months is not option as far as I am concerned. And I am certainly not going to pay extra for it.

We have decided that we will collect the food waste separately and recycle it by feeding it to the starving local wide life in and around London by leaving it in strategic locations.

We were thinking of open common land, some wooded areas and also some streets that we know to have a local Fox population. Any other suggestions?

Do you believe me if I try to persuade you: “Do not raise your gun, and do not aim it at me, since I am only loading “defense bullets” into my gun?”

my math calculations show we need all three to pay off the huge inflated Bush/Cheney Republican defecit before the next millenium. All the new immigrants can pay taxes and vote.
What do you think?

Consider this:

"Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger."
-- Herman Goering at the Nuremberg trials./

Do you feel that Bush is using the same tactics with the American public?

A. I’m grateful to their service to this country. If I ever see a soldier who is hungry or homeless, I’ll help him/her with everything I have because he/she has made it possible for me to live safe and free.
B. I support the troops as long as they keep fighting and making me money with my Defense and Oil stocks and my government contracts. Upon return, they can go back on the welfare like 30% of their buddies from the previous wars.
C. ??????

I can't believe Tony Blair actually said that he would be delighted, If one off his son's was sent to Iraq.
He must be the only parent in britain who thinks so, or is he still trying to to convince us that it was the right to go to war.

Richard Gere plants a harmless kiss on the cheek and it is being blown into a sex scandal. This why other countries have problems and so many people are dying (someimes literally) to get out. What is this world coming to?

In my opinion Americans don't "own" their homes...they own a "MORTGAGE".
They take a 30 year mortage and continually borrow against it in order to survive and when they are 70 and working at Walmart, eating dog food and still paying on that mortgage they scratch their heads and wonder: "what has become of the American dream".

Even if the house is totally paid for and there is no mortgage....
consider "home owners" as the 'renters' and the Federal Government as the 'Landlord'.
As long as you pay your property taxes (rent) you can stay in the house. Fail to pay those taxes (rent)and the landlord/Govt will toss you out and into the street and sell the property.
Can you choose to whom you want to sell the house to?
No.
If you try to pick and choose you risk being threatened with a "discrimination" lawsuit thanks to a bit of government legislation passed in the 1960's.
How many of you are gonna be duped by the American Lib and Con propaganda machine??

Putin is complaining that the Western countries are meddling in the internal affairs of Russia by promoting organizations within Russia that are "pro-Democracy", but he has claimed in the past that he is in favor of democracy - not Western Democracy, but Russia's own kind of Democracy (whatever that is.)

so there is an email going around.well its asks where god was for school shootings to me god is everywhere it is not god that controls what humans do. we make our own choices and to me anyone able to kill another human has something wrong in their gene pool, i am not saying by an means they should be forgiven. but doesnt anyone see they wanted their 5 mins of glory? i hear alot of ppl talking about the killers and not the victims which is sad. anyways, alot of people are talking about dropping out of schools and children not wanting to go. when really
from feb1996-april 2007 47 different events 158 ppl killed and 92 injured in school shootings
thats 11 years not including the killers there are alot of things wrong in the world. the amount of suicide bombers rapes that include murder any type of shooting/murder the numbers are way higher than that in one year, in all parts of the world. do i think the schools should check for weapons upon entry raise awarness but not scare kids
