Because their history to this land dates back further than that of the Israelites. If the land belonged to Israel then why can't anybody explain why al-Aqsa mosque is located in Jerusalem and why it's newly discovered interiors were kept hidden by the Israeli government to the Palestinian people. These underground chambers date back further than the Western Wall and the rest of Israel's society and infrastructures in the holy land.

Right before Israel was founded, over 50% of the land was privately owned by Palestinians. Between 6% and and 7% was legally owned by Zionist Jews whose goal was the creation of Israel. The rest was communally owned or public lands, including communally owned by Palestinians.
The total population of Mandate Palestine immediately before 1948 was about 2/3 Palestinian Muslims and Christians, and about 1/3 Zionist Jews. In fact, Palestinians formed the majority within the armistice boundary that became known as the "green line" borders of Israel.
Almost since the beginning of the project to establish a "national home for Jews" in Palestine, native Palestinians had objected to the waves of immigration coming from Europe. Starting in 1947 or 1948, the Zionist forces conducted a military campaign to eject the Palestinians, an idea some Zionists had contemplated for years. The term "ethnic cleansing" was not in use at the time, but the Zionists certainly refered to their operations in Arab villages and cities as "the cleaning up of the Arab settlement."
Techniques used by the Zionists to get the Arabs to leave such as massacres and threat of massacres (the massacre at Al-Dawayma makes interesting reading), might fall under the definition of genocide which includes killing members of a group with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group. Historical records released by the Israeli government in the 1980s, 30 years after the fact, make it clear that the ethnic cleansing was intentional.

They don't have a right to the land......AT ALL!!!! It belongs to Israel.....it says so in the Bible (KJV Genesis 12:7 & 13:14-18). The Lord gave Abraham the land and he is a Jew, not a Palestinian. The land belongs to Israel---plain and simple!

They shouldn't. They should be thankful for what they have, after having been such aggressive little boogers in the past. They tried to wage a full war to get back the land, and were duly defeated. History does not look kindly on the losers of war... what if America had simply forked over claims of the land to Britain after they had already won the Revolutionary war? It just doesn't make sense.
Besides, liberals are always whining about international doctrines and whatnot... it was the UN that awarded Israel to the Jews, was it not? Why is it that the UN is always right when it supports liberal viewpoints, but never when it supports conservative?

This land belongs to Israel. God gave them this land. Read Genesis 12: 6-7. This land were not to be divided, and those who helped the Palestrina's will suffer the consequences. Israel has given some land away for peace, but there is no peace. The Palestinians are Hamas, Jihad's, Taliban and so many others, all belonging to the
radical Islam. Who are a bunch of murder's, thugs. full of deceit. They keep taunting Israel. They want the land of Israel & have Jerusalem as the capital, for themselves.
If I were Israel I would not allow them in my country to carry on with their jobs. Israel decided today to start shooting back, & will use missles if deemed neceassary.

well you see, the jews kinda stole the land from Palestine, quite forcefully. The jews did not occupy the land for 2000 years. Palestinians had a deeply enrooted culture in the land, and then were booted out of it and told to go somewhere else, by the jews with the assistance of the Western Powers. If someone told you that you had to leave your home cause their relatives lived on the property fifty years ago, and that plot of land had sentimental value, do you believe it would be right for that person to seize your property? That was a parallel situation for millions of Palestinians.

Because it is wrong for any Jews to live in the Holy Land; it is only for Muslims. Muslims may or may not allow visitors of other faiths, as they judge best.
This doctrine was first made popular by Amin al-Husseini, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, an ally of Nazi Germany.

Because the Palestinians are parasites and Islam give them the right. the produce nothing, and claim everything in the name of their moon-god Allah. They are the refuse of the Arab world, no one wants them. I say it's time the USA stop holding Israel at bay and let them finish them off.
