I would say it's the way the men are treated by the court system. The feminist have much to do with the killings. This man who did this died but he died happy.

That was something I never expected to happen in Amish country; they're usually peaceful and modest people. What do you think was the killer's motive? I hope that Congress enforces or makes stricter gun laws so this doesn't happen again.

Is it me, or are things spiraling out of control? First the jag-off in CO, people making references to Bush as Satan, now this nut-job in PA, are things going to have to go 9/11 again before people get a pair, start giving a damn again and put a stop to this crap before it goes down?!

I know it's the guns that didn't kill the people, but it was the people shooting the guns. But with 3 school shooting ( Colorado, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania) within such a short time, isn't this a wake up call that we need strcter laws?

Today there was another shooting in PA, and schools locked down in Las Vegas. What is causing this harmful environment? Are kids prone to the games they play, or is it the parents should have taken more interest in their discipline in early years? Such a waste of life.

It says at 1 Kings 10, the Queen of Sheba went to see
King Solomon.
In the Song of Solomon, a woman shares a Love Sonnet
with Solomon, and she says, "I AM BLACK!" KJV.
READ THE KEBRA NEGAST.
And at Matthew 12:42, Jesus Christ said the Queen of Sheba,
"Will rise up in The Judgement, and condemn the wicked!"

personally I have no opposition for death row, and I think that the people that are there, are wasting our tax money... the leading cause of death on death row in California is from natural causes...there are approx 600 inmates in California that are waiting for their execution, most of which have been there for over 15 years...don’t you think that it is time to get it over with?? Enough of feeding them, having them sit in "luxury" personal cells, using electricity, having medical costs...all of which are at the cost of what? Our tax money!!! I think that if someone is sentenced to death then they should die, not just sit in jail... what do you think???

It's scary to send your children to school these days... would you consider home schooling after the many tragedies and constant threat of more attacks? It may be an extreme precaution, but what other option do we have?

NICKEL MINES, Pa. - A 32-year-old truck driver took more than a dozen students hostage in a one-room Amish schoolhouse Monday, barred the doors with boards and fatally shot at least six people including himself, authorities said.

The gunman, identified as Charles Carl Roberts, had been in the school about 45 minutes before police got the call, State Police Commissioner Jeffrey B. Miller said. Officers had to break windows to get into the school. By then, three young girls and the gunman were dead, he said.

If 3 girls AND THE GUNMAN were dead...who shot the other 2 victims???? Is it just me or does that sound peculiar to you guys too?

I, for one, do not for a minute. These are orchestrated by the System (government & corporations), using brainwashed kooks on drugs.

The anti-constitutional bill outlawing the 800-year old right of Habeas Corpus was passed last week. Free Americans with firearms are now the last obstacle to open tyranny in our land.
In order to control the American population, the System must instill ever more FEAR, and what better way to do this than with "random & spontaneous" school shootings, victimizing our most vulnerable & cherished things in society, children?

Mark my words: Federal gun registration / licensure legislation is coming soon, and it won't be just Democrats supporting it.

Will you surrender your Second Amendment rights?

I am watching the news & my heart is broken over this "thing" that has violated the Amish community & killed so many of their youth.
It is horrendous to do this in any community but it especially vile to desecrate such a peace-loving group of people.

There was another school shooting today. This time in the most unexpected place of all - a smal one room Amish schoolhouse. At least 5 female students were killed. Is it a sign of the apocolypse when the peaceful society imaginable is effected by unimaginable violence?

the article on yahoo news says the US population is going to go over 300 million by mid october. It also says we are useing 25% of the worlds energy sources, but we only have 5% of the population, what do you think of this?
(it also says how we waste a lot)

I think we do as americans waste a lot of things, but I do see that things are starting to change. There are a lot more people concerned witht he envrionment then there were 10 years ago, evne 5 years ago.

I just read that a gunmal killed 6 people at a one-room Amish school in PA. A few days ago, a school principal in WI got shot, and a couples of weeks ago a girl got killed in CO. All this in less than six months.

This is so sad and scary. what can we do as a society to prevent things like this to continue to happen?
