us something about fundamentalists and racist people that we should recognize?

It seems their only on-air personalities are former comedians (who never were all that funny to begin with) ie. John Stewart, Bill Maher, and Al Franken. Could this be why the democrats are such a joke?

All i hear is peace,

yet the president of Iran says israel should be wiped off the map

That dosen't sound very peaceful to me

I also do not hear a single muslim saying how he was wrong, or just angry,
he meant what he said,

A presidnet gets up and says A country and all its people should be exterminated and no says anything
and instead all walk around under an umbrella of peace

If iran was secular, then i can not link his comments to islam

But iran has no spearation of church and state, his polictical will is his religeous will

Tell me how he is going to peacefully wipeout israel?

does this sound like a religeon of peace to you?

the iranan preseidnt does not think so

but then again what makes him different from any other president?

what says you people?

and why does no one complain when he says this, instead they all lowerer their heads and say yes, you are a peaceful president of a peaceful religeon?

At the age of 35, I passed my test recently and bought a car. I have had the most complete turnaround about 'cars' and love driving and hate the thought of using public transport to get anywhere now. As someone who is concerned about the planet, I am also noticing that my love for my car is making me feel 'so what' about my increasing carbon footprint.

Has anyone else ever had this sort of turnaround, either with cars or anything else.

I guess it would be one thing if they were just taking pictures or asking question, but they act like piranhas in a feeding frenzy: they crowd doors making it almost impossible for the celeb to exit, they crowd their cars so they have difficulty moving; and even cause car accidents by chasing the celebs. In fact, I think they often create a public hazard by their methods of trying to get the picture.

I was absolutely disgusted when I saw the clips of the paparazzi crowded around Britany Spears' car trying to get the attention of her kids so they could get photos.

I'm all for freedom of the press, but I don't think this is what the founding fathers had in mind. I feel protection against paparazzi should be expanded. Even making it easier to impose criminal and/or civil charges against reporters who go to far.

What are your thoughts on this.

It seems that respectable new shows are taking time out that they could be using to shed light on under reported situations to criticize hip hop. Why is that? With as many basic issues like war, economy, peace, crime, education. As well as daily issues that come up. Is hip hop really the important to talk about right now? Shouldnt we address more important issues first?

We read with horror that crime experts have calculated that it would have took Kate and Gerry only 3 minutes to dispose of Madeleines body. Using a special computer programme, the experts found it would have taken less than 30 seconds to reach the church in Praia da Luz where a “trail of death” leading from the apartment is said to have ended. British sniffer dogs picked up the scent of a corpse, leading to the theory that Madeleine’s body could have been dumped in the sea close to the church or hidden nearby.

We rememer that it was Kate and Gerry who had conned the keys of the Church from the local Priest and had free access. When they fled back to the UK they neither said goodbye to the Priest or Returned the Keys.

Yet more damning evidence against the McCanns ?

Mays , be censured for fraud ..even though Rush Limbaugh exposed them and used it as an opportunity to raise $2,100,100 by auctioning the original letter on eBay to benefit the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation ..which Rush Limbaugh matched with an amount equal to the final bid - making the total donated to The Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation , $4.2 Million Dollars !! . Shouldn't the "lying 41 be censured" in the name of decency - or should they apologise ?

I know that news on television (CNN, FOX, MSNBC, etc.) is garbage because of corporate sponsors...so much not reported...but how about the AP? I read lots of news online, via Yahoo news. Does Yahoo filter out certain stories to retain corporate sponsors, or does the AP do it at all?

My idea of the best thing would be if someone invented an engine which is more powerful and efficient than any internal combustion engine. It would eliminate our need for foreign oil if we had a practical and marketable engine which ran on something different. But what do you think would be a great accomplishment for the US?
