There have recently been growing number of cases where students are suspended or punished for criticizing their teachers on websites such as Facebook. I understand that you can be sued for libel if you call someone names or make up stories about them, but do schools or anyone has the right stop a person from criticizing or expressing their opinion, be it negative, about others in a public place. for example, I think Mr. X is bad teacher because he never answers his students' questions, or he doesn't know his subject? I thought students have the right to free speech under the constitution. Schools are calling this expression of opinion 'cyber bullying'. To me it seems they are the one who are bullying youth who do not understand fully their rights or don't have the means to take this to court where they wil surely win.

The Kansas City International Airport has added several foot-washing basins in restrooms to accommodate a growing number of Muslim taxicab drivers who requested the facilities to prepare for daily Islamic prayer, WND has learned.

The move concerns airport police who worry about Middle Eastern men loitering inside the building. After 9/11, the airport beefed up its police force to help prevent terrorist attacks.

“Why are we constructing places of worship for them inside our airports?” said an airport official who requested anonymity. “Why are we catering to their rituals? We don’t do it for any other religion.”

Other major airports also are dealing with increased demands from Muslim cabdrivers.

exact quote, to forestall liberal whine.
If the president wonders why the American people have lost patience, it is because the news out of Iraq grows worse by the day," Reid said. "When we send the supplemental conference report to President Bush tomorrow, we ask that he take some time to reflect on that somber fact."

Two things immediatley come to mind here, first, perhaps harry "forgot" that declaring failure unilaterally and without provocation doesnt do much to alleviate the "somber" mood and its truly priceless he cant understand he is the chief cause of that mood by playing games with the funding as echoed by chuck shumer(DEMOCRAT).
and finally, if he would just put a cork in it, get out of the way and allow things to proceed as the democrats are claiming they want to in the true spirit of "bipartanship"(yeah right) he declared days ago, then the soldiers could do their jobs and we wouldnt have to listen to endless whining from the pelosi/reid regime.

Most liberals-including me don't even own a gun. Many are pascifists and many I know pick up spiders and let them outside!
Cho was mentally ill and he hated the world. Limbaugh's comments about Michael J. Fox and this are terrible mistruths and he would be fired!

I love it that they are sticking up for a secular government. I used to not like Turkey because of the invasion of Cyprus, but now I'm on board with their people like I was for China during the Tiananmen Square protests.

Go Turkey go!!!

(I kinda wish I had done something similar when Bush said that God told him to invade Iraq.)

Terrorism is actually getting worse and worse. All you Bush supporters need to wake up to reality. Terrorism will be around forever. You know why? Because it works. Look at history. The Europeans fled Africa when terrorism was used. They tried to stop it militarily but it didn't work. We need to get out of Iraq asap. Any thoughts?

Thanks for any intelligent answers. I believe there are reasonable good people on both sides on the debate of Iraq. With that said here is my question:

In your judgement while evaluating the motives of President Bush on his decision to invade Iraq I would like hear from you of the posssible motives he harbors to do such a thing.

We all agree Saddam was a very bad man, rape rooms, torture chambers that would make the Nazi's cringe. He has used wmd's against his own people and his own people. 112 scientist that escaped Iraq all say he had or was working on massive WMD's, 67 nations went on record to say the same thing. If Bush knew all of this was a lie, he risked his name, his Presidency, his legacy for something he knew was a lie. He had to fool the world to believe something that he KNEW we would find out was a lie when we found NO WMD's.

Please explain in a rational way his possible motives for starting the war in Iraq?

Thanks for any responses!!

It seems incredible to me that so many people can forget that 2,974 innocent persons died with 24 still missing on the soil of the United States of America on September 11, 2001.

Any war we fight to rid the United States and the world of terrorism is just. Every life given in the name of freedom is sacred.

May God bless the United States of America and give her wisdom above the attacks of Satan not only from terrorists but from her own people that come from within. Long live George W. Bush who will go down in history as a patriot for freedom.

I really think the media is partly responsible for these killers - because they are giving them what they want ATTENTION - the best thing to do is to not give them any attention. The only reason he mailed that video to NBC was because he wanted attention. They shouldn't have shown that guy's face at all, none of that video should have been aired. Because of the next guy that comes along that does something like this. Giving them attention is like giving them a reward in a twisted sense and they shouldn't be rewarded. Because then someone copies their actions, and then they can go down in history for killing 400 people or whatever, it's like dealing with children, giving them attention makes them worse, not better. So giving the killers attention makes for more killers. Gun Control isn't going to do any good as long as a person can get all this attention. They'll just find another way to find guns or another way of killing lots of people.how do inform the media?

For those I chatted with last week..steel can't melt? Had to be set up..no way the towers could have gone down and melted that way. Did you see the pics of the overpass in Oakland? Yeah, that would be melted concrete and steel. Let me guess, the government planned that too. Keep in mind, I'm not blind to the fact that the gov't pulls the wool over our eyes at times...it's just this particular conspiracy seems so invalid to me.
So, what do YOU think the next big setup is going to be? And what is the biggest faux pais or out in the open (proven) gov't cover up? Just curious.
