Why oh why? Something with Europe??? Can someone explain this to me? How can they go up so much...and why isn't more done to keep them lower?

First, to equality precongnitive reading of unconditional failure as Harry Reid has done is going to be hard to justify as successfull handling and retreat is also difficult if not impossible to classify as a success. Unless they have George Stephanopolous and the spin doctors working overtime on this one, it appears Chuck Shumer isnt the only one who thinks Harry ought to put a cork in it.
The infighiting with the liberal extremist pelosi ites once they found out they cant deliver the magic pill on iraq is priceless..truly priceless...

I don't believe in conspiracy theories and I certainly don't believe our own government had anything to do with the attacks. That's just idiotic to even think so, nobody gained from it (Asia's increased consumption has affected oil prices more than Iraq; and Bush's original foreign policy was directed at China, not the Middle East. He not bright, but he's not malicious either), but I still have a question.
How did the piolet find their targets? I'm sure you can't change the flight path to Manhattan. But, really, I have no idea about flying, so it could be possible. Is it quite easy to change destinations or did they drop elevation and follow the land by landmarks? I have no idea about flying, so please help explain.

what is it going to take to get the gas prices to a normal price?? i think $2-3 or more per gallon is ridiculous. i wish the people of the US would stand as 1 on this and somehow boycott gas or cars or something. the government can do more i'm sure, if we would take no less than some sort of resolution.

If we look at the US and Canada together they are both quite similar in their culture - heritage(mainly European), language, sports etc. But yet the rate of gun related murders in the US is more than 50 times that of Canada.

I appreciate there are probably more guns per capita in the US, and I understand that Canada has stricter gun laws.........but the people are essentially the same.
It would be interesting to hear from Canadians as well as Americans.

Saudi Govt is propagating it as big catch and claim they averted an attack like 9/11 as some of them have pilots training. They recovered huge money and explosives.

Informed people in Saudi say they are not terrorists. Rather they are simple educated pro democracy young men opposed to monarchy. Most of them have no exposure to weapons. Do any one have idea about truth?

If you watched a cnn documentary on the status of Irag before George Bush announced the start on the current war, Iraqis were very happy people who even used to go to beaches etc. The status today is pathetic on the pretence that they are been libarated. In somalia is the same thing happening.

America is one country that did not sign the kiyoto treaty on global warming which has caused deaths to so many people. If the world was to go to America and remove Mr bush by force in the pretex of helping the world on global warming will peaple support this? I feel I've changed the future or what would of been the future. Since I was a child I've had dreams of my father drowning. 2 years ago him and I were on a white water rafting trip and he WAS drowning and dying. We wiped out on a class 5+ rapid on a day of extreme flooding. I saw him and swam through the water like it was nothing, I defied nature. I got to him and he was unconscious, had I got to him an instant later he would of been dead. I was holding him with one hand, grasping a rock in another, in the middle of a long class five rapid.

Then few months later circumstance force me to move out ot state near my mother. At the time she is extremely ill, her organs are shutting down, her husband, doctors, everybody said nothing can be done. For about a year it went one, she was like a zombie. I KNEW it was her meds she was on and I knew she was going to die, and had an intense fight with her husband. The final straw was when she almost got in a coma....

I received a lot of greif from people in the military on this question and thought more about it. Is the American public aware of the system being used? If paying for families to move oversea and than paying for housing, schools, daycare and all that goes with supporting a family in another country is cost effective, as people have stated. Than why aren't there ads on TV, magazines and newspapers promoting this as a tool to get more people to enlist? Such as join the Army and we will send you and your family to another country, pay for the move and provide schooling, daycare, etc. and pay for housing as well. The housing being paid for in Japan is much better than the local housing, local people can afford. This is said because it was stated the USA is only paying rents as high as the local rents are, not true here. I live here and see it. There is something wrong with the way this whole thing is working with our tax dollars and no one seems to care. Has anyone ever seen such an ad?
