An aupair is a baby sitter usually from a foreign country.

a nanny A.K.A a person who looks after small children in a country other than her own. But becareful of syndicates that take in Nannies and turn them into Hookers/call girls/ prostitutes. Make sure the agency is goverment registered or not you might find urself in a tight spot.
