No, just a hypocrite, there is a difference. Anyone defending O'Reilly saying he is just opinionated is blind ti the fact that he is a huge hypocrite. He likes to preach about morals and how people should live their lives and how we need to clean up entertainment yet he sexually harasses works and then fires them when they wont sleep with him, yup that is someone who should get off their moral soap box. O'Reilly is the biggest hypocrite and fraud in the media.

No, he;s not psychotic. He has a particular act that he does that LOOKS psychotic. However, if he continues to pretend to be a psycho for long enough, he'll probably start adopting some of his stage insanity in his real life. You start to become the thing you pretend to be, eventually.

Bill O'Reilly is a corporate product. He was designed to appeal to a particular type of person who has a certain income range that buys a certain array of products that match his advertiser's target demographics. They pay him well to be a good product.

I watch him, occasionally, when I want a good laugh or just need a hapless clown to yell at.

no - he isn't psychotic

he isn't near as abusive as many other people I can think of, but he does get a little emotiona at times, but depending on who he's talking to - it can take that to get their attention. Some of his guests haven't been so nice either. Overall he's ok. He tells you up front where he stands on things, and if you don't like it you don't have to watch. IT's always good to listen to other people's opinions even if they are different than your own. Because it is good to know where they are coming from.
I think that he's probably more open minded than many of the liberals I can think of. They won't even consider a conservative view and they woudn't even listen to a conservative viewpoint. But truthfully - the real truth is that on some issues it's better to be on one side and on other issues it's better to be on the other. I think both sides make good points on things. I think O'Reilley is right on target on some issues, and on others I think he's off-base. but he's like anyone else. flawed. Everyone is flawed, unless you are God, and none of us are. So cut the guy some slack

He's opinionated which is OK, but once you start screaming at guests on your show just because they don't agree with you is arrogant and unrealistic. He's old enough to realize that everyone in the world is not necessarily going to agree with him. Others are entitled to their opinions just as he is.

I barely even watch the news anymore, so I really can't say. Seeing that you asked, that may be true.
