How 'bout the dumbest and stubbornest? Evil, interesting, in a lot of ways - yes! If you mean the inability or total disregard for the truth, or the fact that thousands of young soldiers are literally laying down their lives for a bogus war that they are fighting for the oil companies, where companies like Haliburton, etc. are profiting from blood shed than yes, he is evil.
