Terrorism is actually getting worse and worse. All you Bush supporters need to wake up to reality. Terrorism will be around forever. You know why? Because it works. Look at history. The Europeans fled Africa when terrorism was used. They tried to stop it militarily but it didn't work. We need to get out of Iraq asap. Any thoughts?

Of course getting out of Iraq isn't going to stop terrorism. That's my point. Nothing is going to stop radicals from blowing themselves up. That's why we have to get our soldiers back home now.

Well, I think you are right that terrorism will be around for a long time. However, the danger is that now the lethality of terrorists is getting much greater. Blowing up a few people in a coffee shop is one thing - 10,000 people in a city is another. They are getting more and more capable of doing that now.
I don't think getting out of Iraq solves the terrorism problem. What solves the terrorism problem is bringing the tyrannical governments into the community of nations such that they will stamp out, rather than support, the non-governmental organizations that are seeking to commit catastrophic acts of terrorism.
That won't happen with Iran and North Korea maintaining the despotic regimes that they do. They have to go.
There is no place in this world for despots. Freedom and liberty must be the order of the day, and representative government must rule.

That makes no sense. Let's leave out of a fight because we know it's going to happen anyway. So you are okay with another 9/11 and another because it's going to happen anyway? You should realize that a couple more events like that and there won't be an America for you to live in and have thoughts like this. You should take a look at some financial figures of 9/11 and see how many of these hits the U.S. can take. Work the numbers out.
