I have read many replies and I am shocked. I realize everyone is titled to their opinion but we really need to love one another and have compassion. We are all human and MAKE MISTAKES. Some mistakes cost peoples LIVES. With that said.. I am sure there have been times I have gone or done things and I wasnt as prepared as I should have been. SO, if I was to die ... does that make me a stupid person?? You can never plan for the unexpected. Have some sympathy for one another. Its a very sad story...and if you have lost someone in your life before...you would understand the pain that these families are going through.

As I watched his press conference, I was reminded of Mel Gibson's new film, APOCALYPTO, which I saw recently. There is a scene in the movie when severed human heads are rolling down the steps of a Mayan pyramid as sacrifices are being made to the Gods. Is there any real difference between our culture and that one?

I'm sure you can call that when it first started.
But now it's more like a one way battle.
They can't say that they're still defending, can they?
The news only shows how many soldiers in this country is being killed but it never shows how many civillians in Iraq died.
Compared to the soldiers lost in this country, there are greater amount of civillians and soldiers of Iraq that died.
They're trying to justify their actions by hiding the truth.

Four Palestinian missiles fired from Gaza early Thursday, seven Wednesday. No one hurt. That makes over 40 since the ceasefire went into effect. But only Israel has ceased firing.

The last three missiles detonated on the Israeli side of the Sufa crossing into Gaza and south of Ashkelon.

The first landed near Mefalsim, the second and third in Sderot and Kibhutz Erez. PM Ehud Olmert said in Jerusalem that Israel cannot stay passive much longer in the face of these attacks. More than 40 missiles have been fired at Israeli civilian locations since the purported ceasefire declared by Palestinian armed groups last month.

When will the Israelis act responsibly and fight back?

After my previous question, I wonder if people misunderstand what is actually going on with the Merry Christmas question? It isn't that these other religions/cultures want to be recognized it's that they totally want to eliminate Christainity in the United States. They are not saying let's all live together in peace, they are saying it's our way and that's it. Do you realize that...?

I'm considering building a nuclear power station in my back yard.

Now I'm aware there is much buaracracy involved in obtaining fissile material.

So would you recommend I source it from N. Korea; a new entrant to the market, Iran; established player now, or wait for the enevitable flow of it out of China; once we build their stations, get them up and running and leave 'em to it!

I mean, if a country can market body-parts from living prisoners, surely suppplying fissile material is WAY DOWN the list of ethical don't-do's?

Or are there any spys with anything left over out there?

On September 11th 2001, shortly after planes took down World Trade Center Towers 1 and 2, tower 7 collapsed to the ground. A special point is that building 7 stood across the Trade Center compound, not right next to towers 1 and 2. The footage was shown on tv for one day and then never shown again on air. There is something very suspicious as to why the media was not allowed to continue airing the "demolition" of WTC 7. When compared to classic demolotions side by side, it definately fit the earmarks of controlled demolitions. The official story released was due to small fires several gas tanks exploded bringing the building down. But why dont many people know about this? Besides the fact that gas canisters wernt allowed in the WTC buildings and that WTC 7 was evacuated prior to any fires starting, the governments story must be true right? The owner of the WTC buildings Larry Silverstein said on a PBS program he made the decision to "pull" the building. He later changed his story.
