Definately Jeffery Dahmer. He had a severe mental illness. He wanted to keep these young boys and be close to them. He murdered them, slept next to them, talked to them and then cut them up, ate them and put the rest in drums of acid.

Whilst I think that JTR was an extremely clever man. He knew what he wanted to do and did it.

I think these were both evil men, preying on the unsuspecting and trusting.

There is relief. I think id have to go with dahmer. Its bad to say this but ripper was only killing prostitutes, and with less of them theres less cheating, less diesease, young girls wouldnt go into thinking that their only way out. Dahmer had been doing it sense he was a kid and started out on small animals, and than he went to humans. Whatching his life story made me believe that he was one of the most out there serial killer of our time.
