Why non CREAMY LAYER OF SC/ST/OBC ARE NOT FIGHTING for their deprivation?

Moreover they do have more kids to provide food & shelter. They are sending their children 4 child labour. They need EDUCATION, MEDICAL & SHELTER by STATE. IN MOST OF THE AREA THEREIS NO POTABLE WATER EVEN AFTER 56 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE.

A large are is effected by flood/drought every year.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO PROTECT THE INTEREST OF 3% - 5%CREAMY LAYER & CREAMY LAYER IS THE BIGGEST PARASITE. cORRUPTION IS BEING NURTURED BY THE CREAMY LAYERS.

they are the creamy layer by taking the opportunities that reservation gave them. now they are empowered to take care of themselves and to educate and provide for their children by themselves. their education makes them capable of looking out for their own. now they want the less advantaged among them to get the same advantages. so they really are not motivated to put up a battle.
we can uplift the masses not by charity and condescension but by educating and empowering them. we have done a pretty good job in 56 years of independence. we can do more now that those who need protection are decreasing. this is what the framers of our Constitution wanted.
