If Reality was in the vision of all that are blind to truths, then man would realise that they have infact done saddam hussain the greatest and most highest of favors possible on the face of existance.

So this execution was for the crimes he apparently comitted on just under 150 people ..

So what has happened in Iraq since the capture and toppling of saddam ??

They (the so called peace makers) went in to disarm iraq of weapons of mass destruction (there were none) yet since the invasion how many civillians have died ???

Irage was in a better state in saddams rule ??

So when well we see the Most dangerous man to humanity brought to the noose??

Please, dont say the iraquis were the hangers... everybody knows who is in charge. We were in control of his trial and in the decision of his sentence. We just don't want to be seem as the hangman. We are not fooling anybody.

No people in the world more than Americans want to celebrate their freedom...but when someone who removed the freedom of millions, and punished them to boot, is very justifiably removed from life we claim 'I don't want to celebrate' the death of anyone.

Isn't that the same as saying you value the life of the criminal more than the lives the criminal took away?

Popular opinions on this subject include:
1) No one should celebrate someone's death because none of us are perfect anyway.

By that reasoning we shouldn't have jails. Dumb.

2) How about the eyes of their loved ones or friends?

How about the eyes of their loved ones or friends THAT WERE KILLED? When you do the crime you make a choice.

3) But to a certain category he was a hero , hero among those who he lead.

So?

4) To Kill someone is a bad thing.

Yes...that's why we killed him.

5) Do we have to make such barbarian acts likely as these bad guys did before ?

It's not barbaric to remove a barbarian. It's called caring.

Yeah.. Saddam.... yeah World Cup.... yeah yeah yeah.... blah... blah...blah....

But what do you see as really important news and what significance does it have for the future?

Also what was your favourite sporting moment in a year largely bereft of glory?

Isn't it strange that Saddam was helped by the US long time ago? After many years when Bush came to power he accused Saddam and his regime of having weapons of mass destruction which was never found in Iraq!!! Then they killed Saddam's sons and then captured Saddam and put him to custody and set a trial for him. Then the Iraqi tribunal convicted him of crimes against humanity. Why don't you hang Bush for war crimes?? Bush would rather deserve to be executed! Bush is responsible for war in Iraq and also responsible for death of US soldiers! Open your eyes please and America was unfair! This is not justice

I don't understand why people are asking questions of whether or not we should hang Bush or should he be given the death penalty. The same people that are asking are the same ones who are feeling sorry for Sadam and lamenting his death. What sense does this make? You will say that death is wrong in one arena but right in another? Our country is turning on itself, this is scary!

We all understand that Justice needed to be dished out! But i cannot help but think, that this now is the start of a new waqve of violence to the Western world! It will be a new chapter in the fate of Iraq and the Middle east!

Ok the tragedy is saddam was responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths!

But what now of Bush and Blairs crusade for regime change!

These two guys have ?Legally? killed 100's of thousands themselves!

So what of there fate?"

Maybe Assasination? Maybe a life of worry about assasination!

While we ponder, where the next bomb goes off!

Sheesh! Thanks Mr Bush, Mr Blair!

We have shown the rest of the world how we support a brutal death!

No matter what anybody says! Saddam will now become a Martyr! When Bush and Blair are no better!

What are your feelings Answers folk?

PEACE! Peace!

Granted, the USA was out to get Saddam because they felt "national security" was at threat by Iraqs "Ghost Nuclear Weapons of mass destruction".

If so, why did they not apologise and reinstate him when they were wrong?
They bleat on about his war-crimes now, but we all know that the US has killed more people the world over than anyone else without their leaders getting executed... what makes Saddam any different?

Ok i was told George & Tony set about Saddam b4 his death, reports say Tony Blair said to Saddam "Yeah your not so tough now beardy" then Tony swung a left hook and broke Saddam's jaw, George was said to have then had him in a headlock and then Tony shouting "ill show you nuclear weapons" b4 pulling down his £55 Marks & Spencers black trousers, Reports also suggest George had a Mach 3 turbo Razor while saying " Im gonna shave that wig on your chin!, They were then seen leaving the seen to attend a hearing.

is this true im confused?
