According to Muslim belief he will first go to a waiting place called BARSACK to wait for judgement day (to him it will seem like a period of one normal day).
He will then be judged by God / Allah and then go to heaven or Hell.
My view Hell.
The problem is with his CV there is proberbly a nice little overseer job waiting for him somewhere down there.

He never showed so much as a hint of remorse for the victims of his foul misdeeds. I can not see that Allah (peace be upon his name) will welcome him into paradise, surrounded by vestal virgins; he will be consigned to the fires of hell without ceremony or dignity. Good riddance to bad rubbish!
