hey he better get it, i mean thanks to him thousends of soldiers have died in iraq and because of his invasion in search of "weapons of mass distruction" iraqies havent been able to live normal lives since american troops entered iraq.
ok i accept saddam did kill hundreads of people during his genocidal rule but bush just killed thousends of people during his rule.
now some1 should punish him for that in the same way he punished saddam.

oh and by the way >>9/11 Was Ossama Not Saddam<<

1 think i dont however get is how his trial worked. i mean the americans captured him and tried him themselves. wasnt it bovious that he would get teh death penalty when teh people who want to get rid of him are hearing his case.

if death penalty means making him read a book out loud in front of people , yes.
but in the real world this is how it goes: bush will no stanhd trial for being a war criminal nor is blair.bush 's got the new nazis behind him : israel hence enough back up from there. america have finally reached a position where the y can do whatever they want... great makes you think why 911 didn't happen before

Are you kidding? I do not support Bush, but he'd have to be tried for war crimes or treason for the dealth penalty. Or move back to texas, commit a horrible multiple dealth crime and maybe he'd the get dealth penalty. Think of how few people get the dealth penalty in the entire US considering that we are a nation with an out of control crime rate. Even with that, many don't support the death penalty.

Besides, who is going to take on the Bush superpower? Sounds like an idiot on t.v., but that idiot was well connected enough to "win" two elections. People like the Bush Family don't do prision.

Wishful thinking, I am afraid. I should like to add Janet Reno the Waco murderess to the list of death penalty candidates.

Oh, you are so thick up there I can puke trying to get some sense into you.

Comparing Saddam and Bush? What has got into you people?

One was a tyrant, faced death by his own people.
Another (Bush) defended his country by sacrificing his own sons and daughters of the nation. It's war for crying out loud. It is not the same as gassing one segment of the population of the nation because they belong to one sect.
Saddam was a dictator. He was Sunni muslim. He killed innocent people who were shiite muslims. Therefore the same Iraqi people tried him and executed him.

The other is a democratically elected leader of a powerful nation on earth. He is accountable through congress for every step. If he should be sentenced, then the entire congress should be and so do the entire nation because congress is by the people and for the people.

You see now how baseless is your question now? You need to understand the differences clearly in your mind.

Not in this sad reality. But logic dictates he should. Its up to a power bigger than america to decide that, and sadly America can do whatever it wants, even contradicting its own laws; as long as the American people are deluded by the Crap that comes out of the current US administration.

he should face the death penalty for crimes against humanity - just like his buddy saddam. Both are tyrants.

I doubt very much indeed, unless someone shoots him in America.
