I'm an Anthurium Leafy (folliage) hobiest, one of my favourite plant had been torn on one of its newly grown leaf, but did not chiped away.
Need to find a special glue which will make the torn parts of the leaf biologically attach and can grow along again. This logically like the latest surgery technology on bonding a patient flesh after having an operation, without sewing them like the old way. The glued flesh will slowly attach and recover like before.
If I can get this some kind of glue that applicable to plantation it surely will help much to repair damaged plants, especially to repair or even re-construct damaged rare plant species.
If someone out there can help, please inform: name of product, place and contact detail of seller, unit price..etc.

Thank you!

Somehow we have ants. Believe me when I say that I am the cleanest person in the world and consumate neat freak. What can we do to get rid of them, besides selling the house and moving. I have to be really careful about pesticides because I am pregnant. We also want to be careful about harming any other wildlife like squirrels and such. Any suggestions.

I just had my tank refilled last week. It was working fine before the refill, but after, propane came out for about 5 mins then stopped. I'm thinking it's a stuck OPD valve.

The first 2 tomatoes are getting really big, about the size of an apple, but not yet ripe. The plant does have more flowers but nothing else appears to be gowing. Should I pick the tomatoes off or leave them?

Wife wiped down Stainless Steel surfaces of refrigerator and dishwasher with damp cloth - did not dry them off - now we have what I would describe as surface rust spots (look like hard water spots left on your car's paint after it gets drops on there and you don't dry them off). Anyways have tried Stainless Steel cleaners without success. Would go to steel wool, but I think it would leave a noticeable difference in the grain of the steel.

Any help on how to safely remove the rust spots???????????

Like most places we are under a drought. We aren't under any water restrictions but its coming soon. Can your plants be watered with used bath water. Does any of the soap etc hurt your plants? I have invested so much in my plants- I hate to let them die.

What is the best way to dispose of used cooking oil. I know pouring it down the drain is not environmentally friendly. I dispose of it in a container and toss it in the bin, is there a more environmentally friendly way or doesnt it cause any great harm? Just wondering what other people do.

A lot of fire ants are coming into the house from open spaces in the windows. I sprayed some Ortho and they die around the window, but does that mean I could have termites in the house?

I just moved into my own place for the first time, and my trash can has this annoying habit of sticking to high heaven within 2-3 days. Granted this most often occurs after I have just finished grocery shopping and have chucked 2-3 meat packages into the trash can.

Yes, I know that would be where the smell is coming from. But my question is this....

When I lived at home with my folks, we could throw just about anything into our trash can and it never smelled as horrid as this thing does. Is there a secret I was mising for 19 years of my life?

BTW... my mom smoked 2-3 packs a day. Is it that her cigerette smoke just overed up the trash?
