You MAY get a pit to germinate. You are talking lots of years though before it gets any size. For about $30 you can buy a tree at a landscape store. Depending on the type of cherry, you may need more than one. I had a sour cherry and didn't need another type, but sweet cherries need two trees of different types to produce.

properly that unquestionably relies upon on how properly you dug up the basis gadget and no rely if or no longer you replanted it exact. the suited time to dig up and transplant a tree or shrub is interior the late fall via early spring, while the flowers are dormant. At this factor, purely time will tell in the adventure that your tree survived the transplanting technique. yet maximum cherry trees want yet another cherry tree close by for suited pollination. A single cherry tree won't produce fruit as a results of fact the blossoms don't get pollinated.

No you cannot use those. Go to a Nursery or Garden shop and you will find what you need. You will need at least 2 trees, a male and a female to get any cherries. Probably more than just 2 trees in reality.
