I smoke Peter Stokkeby and Samuel Garwith rolled and flake tobaccos. What is the correct humidity to keep the tobacco fresh and not encourage mould?

I wanna buy a home next year. I'm currently renting and my lease won't be up until August 31st, 2007. When should I start looking for a house to buy? I'm not sure of how far in advance you can look and all of that. I just want to make sure I have somewhere to go when my lease is up. Someone please help!

if your heating broke down and your landlord called someone to fix it two days later, yet that person didnt arrive for another week and you had to buy a small electric heater for yourself.
what would your thoughts / reactions be?
given its winter and cold.

there is a wasp nests outside my bedroom window and although the window hasnt been open for days they are somehow getting in my room. one stung me in the middle of the night last night and i get very freaked out thinking that they are flying around while i am sleeping. anything i could do to keep them away from me...bear in mine we cant get rid of the next as we cant get at it!

You do not have to actually own it. It does not have to be material. It just has to be something that you enjoy and/or benefit from, even if it does the same for others at the same time.

The intent is to distribute the warm air that is close to the ceiling, to the rest of the room. Most stuff I read says to push the warm air up, but I'm wondering because it's so high up, should I push the warm air down (on the slow setting) instead.

There are at least 2 up in our loft/attic but i refuse to kill them. Is there any way to get them out of their alive and unhurt. Our attic is pretty hard to get to and it would be difficult to place traps. Can someone please help? Thankyou

My driveway is close to my neighbors house and their guests or the pizza guy is constantly parking in my driveway. I have told them before please tell you guests to move but this doesn't seem to make a difference. I am constantly dealing with strange cars in my driveway. Is there anything I could do to prevent this from happening over and over? We have a nice paved driveway and theirs is just stone. Any advice would help.

we went in a few weeks ago to pay, we told them couldnt pick it up until arranged transport - have been phoned since 2 times to tell us its ready to collect which we told them we would pick up today. We went with trailer today to colect and they say one of their staff has sold it to another person - they dont have it in stock anymore and we need it asap as moving - where do we stand legally etc????

I currently have only one full bathroom and I would like to add a master bathroom. The size will be small, about 6'x10'. Ideally I would like toilet, double sink, shower, and whirlpool tub. I don't think it will all fit. So I was thinking toilet, double sink and spa shower. My spouse thinks that we need a tub for resale especially since it will be a master. We do have a tub in the other bathroom and I don't take baths anyway. Any thoughts? Thanks!

we've used tidy bowl, the blue tablets you leave in the tank, replaced all the seals, replace the flush mechanism and checked for leaks in and under the tank.

My wife bought some draino to put in the toilet with the idea of improving the flush because sometimes it takes a couple of flushes to clear , sometime it will come back into the pan after a few minits. Problem is it says on canister don`t use in toilets or in pipes that lead to toilets !!Question is why and what else would you use this chemical for !!!
