I smoke Peter Stokkeby and Samuel Garwith rolled and flake tobaccos. What is the correct humidity to keep the tobacco fresh and not encourage mould?

The temperature should be 68-70 degrees F, with 68-70% relative humidity. Don't keep it in the fridge or freezer. The fridge is at exactly the wrong temperature to keep it fresh, because odors can transfer between items at those temps (gross!). Freezers that get all frosty inside will give your tobacco freezer burn (yuch!). Freezers that don't get all frosty inside will dry out your tobacco within days, because they are designed to dry the air to prevent frosting.

Go to the tobacco store where you buy your fine tobaccos. They should have humidors that keep it at the freshest controlled humidity.
