I want to tell my landlord, but I'm afraid he's going to blame me for some termite infestation because I put mulch in the flower bed next to the house. My husband and I have only been renting for 3 months and I put the mulch in 2 weeks ago. Could my landlord actually blame me for it and then sue me?

I'm looking for one of Malcom Wells' books on building underground houses for cheap, anybody have one they don't want? Or know where I could get one, besides Amazon, Ebay, or Overstock? I already looked those places.

I'm looking for patterns for lodge and cabin decor, found some good ones at Winfield Collections, but would like a site that offers advise on the proper tools to use along with the patterns.

A skunk has moved in underneath my dining room. My house is partial basement and partial crawl space (where the previous owners added on). The skunk moved in where some raccoons used to hang out. I was not a fan of the raccoons either. We were plotting to get rid of them, but they pretty much went away one day. Or got into a territory dispute with a skunk. It's spraying and making the whole house smell awful. It makes me feel like throwing up and makes it very difficult to sleep. Suggestions PLEASE!!! We borrowed a live trap and are attempting to lure it with peanut butter. Any other tips would be VERY HELPFUL! Thanks!

How much the house is? I've looked on like 3 different real estate websites and can't find the house. There's no numbers on this house! It just had a little sign that had a phone number on it (which I couldn't write down cause I was driving) blah. How would I find this stuff out?

I inherited my grandmother's jewelry box--it's 12" tall, 10" wide, and 5" deep. It is made of wood, and the doors on the front open to reveal five drawers. Each drawer has a fabric lining in the bottom. There is a pervasive smell inside the box--it smells like an old lady's perfume, and if I leave my jewelry closed up in the box for any length of time, it comes out smelling that way too. I have tried Febreze, lavender oil, and my own perfume, but none of those have worked. Right now I'm trying baking soda--lining the drawers with tissue, then filling them with the baking soda--which has some effect, but not enough. I've gone through two boxes of baking soda so far. My next plan is to rip up the fabric lining, but I'd hate to have to do that. I really want to make this jewelry box work because it has a lot of sentimental value. Help!

You take 2 pieces of fabrics...draw your design on the top one and hand quilt around the image...Then turn to the back and using a large needle, pull dark colored yarns through from the hand quilting stitches to the other side of the design to color in your design.

I just purchased this neat old wooden iron board, it has most of the advertising label still on the wood, but it's flaky - what can I do to preserve the label without compromising the value of the antique?

The compressor runs OK, as does the fan behind the freezer compartment. Items in the freezer are alright too. It's just that due to ice forming on the cold pipes stops air flowing down through the relatively narrow vent into the main storage compartment
