Me & my husband are trying to purchase our first home. We should be pre-approved in the next few days. My middle credit score & my husbands are each 580, we make $75K combined. We are looking to purchase a home for approx $140K...any ideas on what rates we should expect? Thanks!

I have been looking at houses for a while now...but I was wondering what the timeframe/timeline looks like once you put in an offer? (Ex how long til they respond, closing, inspections, how long until you move in?) Also, I've heard that skip 1-2 monthly mortgage payments, can someone explain this? Thanks ya'll!

I've heard of this years ago. That if you sell your house, there HAS to be a working stove. I'm not sure if it only applies to a gas stove, not electric? Just wondering if anyone knew

I went on my hols last month and they had a coal fire inside the lounge, and no matter what we did we couldn't get it to light. I am guessing it dodgy coal but anyways I want to know for next time some good tips for getting a fire going.

You know those things that supposedly send a mouse packing his bags to leave your house. The electronic devices that send out a high-frequency sound that mice can hear (humans cannot) that drives a mouse nuts. They don't wanna stay anymore! Do they work? No, not the mouse. The devices!
